These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and us regarding your use of the pooki online betting and gaming platform ("Platform" or "Site"). You must be at least 21 years old to use the pooki platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and associated bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration. pooki reserves the right to close an account if false or incorrect information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your account login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on pooki:

3.2 Minimum Amounts

3.4 Currency

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 — total balance ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 to be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple active bonuses may not be available on a single account at the same time.
• If bonuses are used in a fraudulent or improper manner, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• pooki reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Bonuses are for genuine, personal use only — use for commercial purposes is prohibited.

5. VIP Program

pooki's VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pooki platform:

• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name
• Using an account on behalf of or for the use of minors
• Using coordinated betting or other strategies to exploit the bonus system
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Operating multiple accounts
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or attempting to launder money through the platform
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Exploiting any technical error in the system — reporting such incidents immediately is mandatory

Any of the above violations may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable.

7. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

pooki is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet disconnections. Gaming is a risk-based activity — pooki does not provide compensation for funds lost.

If a reward is incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, that reward will be considered void and the user will have no claim to it.

12. Gaming Fairness & Security

12.1 Technical Errors

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the complete agreement between pooki and the user. Any prior verbal or written understandings are considered replaced by these Terms.
